Kingford K. Mkandawire

Kingford K. Mkandawire is a medical student based in Lusaka, Zambia, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery through Jinggangshan Medical University in Jiangxi, China. 

He is currently interning at the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka.  In addition to this he has also completed elective internships at Zambia’s Cancer Disease Hospital and the Kibuye District Referral Hospital in Rwanda. 

Kingford (or “Khanyiso” as he is more commonly called), has a passion for working with young people. He is committed to creating positive change in local and global organization by advancing the agenda to include African youth in the discussions and decisions that shape their future.
